As a member of Devon Women in Business I agree to abide by the Code of Conduct as published below.

• Conduct business and professional activities in a reputable and ethical manner so as to reflect honourably upon the business community in Devon. Observe the highest standards of ethics in rendering services and /or offering products for sale.
• Respect the reputation, profile and status of Devon Women in Business.
• Understand support and promote Devon Women in Business when appropriate to enhance business growth and collaboration across Devon.
• Refrain from engaging in any practices prohibited by law or seek unfair advantage over fellow members.
• Individuals and businesses are encouraged to support each other. We embrace inclusivity and diversity and do not tolerate harassment or bullying in any way.
• Devon Women in Business reserves the right to withdraw membership of any Member who does not comply with this Code of Conduct.
• Membership of Devon Women in Business is a contractual relationship for the provision of products and services. It does not convey ownership or voting rights on any matters relating to Devon Women in Business

 

 

Devon Women in Business agrees to:

• Devon Women in Business is committed to protecting and respecting your rights to privacy and data protection and to complying with the provisions of all applicable data protection legislation and regulations. Our Privacy Policy can be found on our Website.
• To promote and use where possible members of Devon Women in Business when procuring goods and services.
• Provide the events and services advertised in the membership package that you purchase from us.
• Devon Women in Business is a trading partnership and no voting rights apply
• To provide relevant and timely information on support available for your business.
• To run an annual Awards scheme to promote the achievements of Devon Women in Business Members.
• To provide and annual report on activities to all members.
• To take seriously and to investigate fully any complaints received about Devon Women in Business or a member thereof.
