Not only is Emily caring and kind, but she is also a highly motivated individual who consistently performs exceptionally well in every task given to her.
Emily is truly one of a kind, and an asset to the company. You don’t often come across people who can be kind, caring, compassionate and professional all in one. I found Emily to be a perfect listener and at the other end of the phone if I needed something. Emily has the ability to break down medical jargon in a way that not only helped me understand but done this without me feeling baffled and overwhelmed.
To be able to provide the care that she did and show empathy in any given situation is a rare skill to possess.
Our branch manager Emily is so inspirational. She always goes above an beyond to be there for both clients and service providers. Supporting with any emergencies and being accommodating to any changes that arise, again either with clients or service providers. I am so happy working with Friends Helping at Home since I joined in February this year.
