11:30 – Arrival, intros & informal networking
12:15 – Let the fun begin! Lawn games to break the ice and get us giggling
13:00 – Tuck into a mouth-watering American-themed BBQ (veggie options included!) 🇺🇸  Plus, optional show rounds of the resort for anyone curious to explore.

14:00 – Leave at your leisure – it’s Friday after all!
