Free Workshop: The Better Women-Led Business

The Better Women-Led Business
What does better business look like for you?
Most women in business want their work to mean something, not just financially, but socially and environmentally too. Your business can be more than a way to make a living; it can create connection, influence behaviour, support your local community, and contribute to a healthier world.
Across Devon, women-led businesses are already doing incredible things in this space. This interactive workshop will help you recognise the impact you’re already making, and explore simple ways to build on it.
Join Devon Women in Business member Andrea Gamson from Social Impact Support and the team from NetShift CIC, a women-run social enterprise based in Paignton, for a practical and inspiring two-hour session.
Together we’ll explore what social and environmental impact really means for small businesses, and how you can embed wellbeing for people and planet into the way you already work.
You’ll leave with:
• Fresh ideas about the role your business can play in your community
• Simple, practical actions you can implement straight away
• A clearer, more confident story about the positive impact of your business
Whether you’re just starting out or running an established business, this workshop will help you see your work through a new lens, and feel proud of the difference you’re making.
Places are limited, so booking is essential. 💖 Free for Devon Women in Business members.
This workshop is delivered by Social Impact Support and NetShift CIC, in partnership with Libraries Unlimited and BIPC Devon, and funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
