Exeter Science Park is a STEMM business park and conference venue in the heart of the South West. With state of the art offices and laboratories to rent as well as meeting rooms and event space to hire on our beautiful and well located park, we are building a growing community of like minded businesses.
We have a range of high quality EPC + A rated offices and laboratories available to let ranging from 350 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft. Please call us to arrange a viewing. We are home to over 44 businesses working in sectors including; Digital & AI, SaaS, Lifesciences, Medical & Healthcare, Engineering, Environmental Technologies and Defence & Cybersecurity. Working with the SETsquared Partnership, we help innovative science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medical (STEMM) companies to deliver extraordinary growth by hosting them in award-winning buildings, mentoring them and connecting them to business services and funding.
By 2035, we estimate that there will be over 3,500 client staff on site.
But Exeter Science Park is much more than just workspace and laboratories and our location at junction 29 of the M5 makes Exeter Science Park the perfect place to network and meet with colleagues in our café or seminar rooms, both of which are open to the public. This event will be held in The Dome.
We have tables available for display of relevant literature – please email Maureen Townsend at [email protected] if you wish to bring anything to share
