Join us for an afternoon of floristry and women-only networking in the beautiful countryside setting of the British Academy of Floral Art at Dunchideock. Principal, Julie Collins will run an informative and interactive workshop and we will learn some new skills and get properly hands-on! In this practical session, the conversation will flow and we will be able to relax and have fun at the end of the working week. Bring your own vase (or a selection) and take your creation home with you! The workshop will be followed by an informal afternoon tea by the lake – weather permitting!
The Academy of Floral Art is a unique, independent and inspirational floristry school with an outstanding reputation for floristry excellence…and fun! Julie Collins and Tina Parkes founded the Academy a decade ago, and today – modesty aside – have the most highly qualified and award-winning floristry teaching team in the country. We are the people to help you discover your full potential. We are all firm believers in life-long learning and practice it ourselves. We know what it’s like to juggle work, home and training, so we make our courses flexible, modular, hands-on and packed with information and inspiration.
This workshop usually retails at £75pp but we have 10 tickets at the VERY special price of £50 pp which includes afternoon tea! (Members’ discounts apply.)
